Cancellation and Refund Policy・交換および返品（返金ポリシー）
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, 50% are charged for all nights. If guests cancel after that, 100% is charged for all nights.
全額返金を受けるには、ゲストは予約後48時間以内かつチェックイン14日前までにキャンセルする必要があります
ゲストがチェックインの7～13日前にキャンセルした場合、全泊分の宿泊料金の50%キャンセル費となります。
それ以降にゲストがキャンセルした場合、全額返金できかねますのでご了承ください。

Delays・引渡時期
Reservations are accepted immediately upon acceptation of payments. Check-ins are from 3:00pm, check-outs are from 10:00am. The use of the facilities for non-guests is open during the time specified on the website.
予約は支払いの受領後すぐに受け付けられます。チェックインは午後 3 時から、チェックアウトは午前 10 時からです。宿泊者以外の方もホームページに記載の時間内でご利用いただけます。
